Having taken a business card, the Instant Promotion sales team made contact the following week and the designers got to work on various promotional gazebo branding solutions. A 3x6m anodised black frame with 5 year warranty was chosen along with an unlimited branded dye sublimation canopy, plain sidewalls for enclosing the gazebo when prepping the food and a PVC banner across the front to create a serving space.

With just a 7 day lead time on production the branded gazebo was manufactured and delivered in time for their next event.
