Founded in 2004, Instant Promotion (UK) Ltd has grown under the same leadership to become one of the UK’s most trusted suppliers of branded event marketing solutions. Headquartered in Bristol, we proudly serve clients across the United Kingdom and Europe with innovative products and industry-leading service.

The company was originally established under the well-known Instant Awnings brand, supplying high-quality stock gazebos to event professionals. As customer demand grew for branded and bespoke solutions, the business evolved into Instant Promotion, expanding its range over the past 20 years to include a comprehensive portfolio of custom-printed event and promotional products.

Today, our dedicated GZBO.co.uk website continues the Instant Awnings legacy, offering the UK’s most extensive range of stock heavy-duty gazebos. Our Instant Exhibitions division operates under its own specialist brand, providing bespoke exhibition stands, modular stands, tension fabric displays, and portable branding systems for indoor events and trade shows.

Nearly two decades later, Instant Promotion remains independently owned and led by its original founder, continuing to grow through innovation, quality, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Through our U.S. subsidiary, Instant Promotion Inc, we also serve clients across North America, providing the same trusted products and expertise to a global customer base.

For over two decades, Instant Promotion has been synonymous with quality, reliability, and service. Our Instant Exhibitions division provides complete exhibition stand design and build services, supporting clients at leading venues including NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, and Manchester Central Convention Centre.

As innovators, we were the first company in the UK to introduce recycled rPET polyester fabric across all branded gazebos, underlining our commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.

Service and Scale

Our 11,500 sq. ft. warehouse sits directly beneath our UK head office, enabling close collaboration between Sales, Design, and Production. We provide free 3D visuals and quotations within 24 hours, and remain the only UK company to offer a 7-Day Priority Production Service for custom-printed gazebos.

We are proud to supply a wide range of organisations, from household names to national charities. Clients include The BBC, Screwfix, National Trust, St John Ambulance, Waitrose, and Tesco.

International Presence

While the UK remains our primary base, we are equally well established in North America. Instant Promotion Inc., founded in 2014, operates from a 12,500 sq. ft. warehouse in North Carolina with a dedicated sales office in Las Vegas. This international infrastructure allows us to deliver consistent quality, service, and innovation across both continents.
