• All specification details below assume a straight leg arch with standard leg diameter (10% of external diameter). For custom arch specification details please contact us over the phone or by email
• External height, width and leg diameter shown are a guide and are not exact measurements. Depending on the material used for manufacturing and whether the arch is constant or sealed air will influence the final production size (constant air wider diameter). Where a very specific size is needed please tell our sales team who will ensure your requirements are followed.

It is highly recommended that you use a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator to set up artwork. This ensures that the designer can view layers and guidelines within the template for proper artwork placement. Where multiple designs are being used on one arch (e.g. front / back separate designs or additional detachable banners), please use as many templates as required. Instant Promotion arches come in two options, sealed air and constant air. Please review the Specification tab for a full breakdown of the sizes and material options available for constant / sealed air arches.

Sealed Air
Sealed air 600D arches take a few minutes longer to inflate than the 600D constant air alternative, but feature a durable 0.3mm PVC inside bladder well protected by the outer material graphic wrap. The arch can remain inflated for up to 12 hours and pressure release valve technology helps guard against temperature and air pressure fluctuations during usage. We also offer a 0.6mm PVC tarpaulin sealed air arch which is a single, hard wearing layer with a full digital print. Sealed air arches are ideal where mains and generator power won’t always be available throughout the event.

Constant Air
Constant air arches are available in 420D, 600D and 0.45mm PVC tarpaulin. Each of these cost effective options includes a fully printed, single layer design and requires constant power from a 240v power source. As air is always circulating inside the arch, if a small puncture were to appear, this won’t affect performance which means any repairs can be completed after your event. Depending on the size of the arch chosen and the material selected, the quiet but powerful fan will either be built into the arch leg or it can be connected externally. Four material options are available across our range -

420D Nylon
This is our entry level option which features a full digital print and provides a gloss finish as a result of ink being printed on top of the white base material. The material is lightweight making it easy to transport and handle and also wipes clean easier than the 600D alternative. A great value option if you are only doing one or two events a year. Only available in constant air.

600D Nylon
A heavyweight material with a matt finish that looks and feels extremely high quality. The durable woven fabric allows for a 100% dye sublimation print which ensures we can fulfil exact brand colour matches with a photo quality finish. This material does not have a glossy surface so whilst many customers say it looks the best, it is slightly harder to keep clean if used in muddy areas. This material is designed for regular outdoor use and where a high-quality print finish is required. Available in both sealed air and constant air.

0.45mm Tarpaulin
A strong, heavy duty 0.45mm PVC tarpaulin. Only available as a single layer constant air model with digital print, this arch requires a blower to be permanently attached to keep the arch inflated. It is easy to keep clean and will stand up to extreme wear and tear. This option is lighter weight than the 0.6mm alternative and is 100% flameproof. Only available in constant air.

0.6mm Tarpaulin
A very strong, durable heavyweight tarpaulin that is our strongest and most durable material option capable of locking in the air once inflated. It is easy to keep clean and will stand up to extreme wear and tear. High-quality expert seam welding creates an airtight seal, meaning the arch will remain inflated for over 12hrs! PVC tarpaulin is 100% flameproof but with the additional durability, the 0.6mm option is our heaviest option which may be a consideration when customising your arch. Only available in sealed air.
