Edge to Edge, Full Colour Sublimation Printing
Our pricing always includes unlimited full colour sublimation printing and there are no hidden fees or setup charges. You can choose any coated Pantone colour, and include as much or as little print as you like! Sublimation printing is a process where colours penetrate deep into the material fibres at high temperatures, creating an incredibly vibrant and permanent print.
Heavy Duty Frames
In most sizes we offer two commercial frame options to cater for all uses. Our mid-range GZBO Express 40 aluminium frame (2 year warranty) features 40mm hex legs, and our top of the line GZBO Hex 50 frame (5 year warranty) features 50mm hex legs.

A: If you need to have a copy of the Fire Certificate for your canopy, please email enquires@instantpromotion.co.uk or call 0117 963 1668 to request your copy.
A: All materials are machine washable, or you can use a power washer to clean the canopy while set up on the frame. If using a detergent please make sure it does not contain bleach.
A: Yes, we stock every part for all of our frames.
Should your frame suffer damage the following options are available.
1. In the case of a warranty claim due to a manufacturer defect contact our Customer Service team and we will either arrange a collection and replacement, or we will ship you the parts needed to repair within 24 hours.
2. For a non-warranty claim contact our team and advise us which parts are broken - photos are often useful in helping to establish the exact part(s) you need. We stock all spare parts and can ship within 24 hours.

This change reflects Instant Promotion’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. From recycled materials to environmentally conscious inks, we are ensuring that our products not only meet the highest standards of quality but also contribute to a healthier planet. RPET – Recycled Polyester
Our RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is produced by recycling existing polyester materials. These are cleaned, broken down into pellets, and then melted to form a thread, which is woven into brand new fabrics.
For our branded gazebo fabrics and branded table covers, we use a minimum of 95% recycled post-consumer polyester.
By using existing plastic, we are reducing our carbon footprint, as the recycling process for polyester requires less energy than producing new polyester. Additionally, by repurposing materials that would otherwise end up in landfills, we are helping to cut down on greenhouse gas emissions, as well as minimising microplastics, chemicals, and other harmful substances that can pollute wastewater.
From a customer’s perspective, this means you can enjoy the same high-quality, commercial-grade, heavy-duty fabrics you’ve come to expect— but with a much smaller impact on the planet!
Eco-Friendly Inks
We use premium-quality Italian inks for our sublimation printing, which are water-based and free from harmful chemicals such as alkylphenolethoxylates (APEs). These inks also incorporate Nanodot Technology, ensuring an even, precise print quality while reducing emissions during the printing process. They fully comply with the European EC Directive 2003/53/CE, underscoring our commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing.
Moreover, these inks are free from animal products and are not tested on animals, making them a vegan-friendly alternative to other inks that may contain animal fats or shellac.
