ULC-109 certified fabrics are tested for their ability to resist ignition and slow the spread of flames, offering protection in high-risk environments such as construction sites and public events.
- OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100: OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 is an internationally recognised certification that ensures textiles are free from harmful chemicals and substances. Fabrics certified under this standard are tested for safety across all stages of production, from raw materials to finished products. The certification demonstrates that the textiles meet strict environmental and health criteria, ensuring that they are safe for human use and do not pose a risk to consumers or the environment.

From recycled materials to environmentally conscious inks, we are ensuring that our products not only meet the highest standards of quality but also contribute to a healthier planet. RPET – Recycled Polyester
Our RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is produced by recycling existing polyester materials. These are cleaned, broken down into pellets, and then melted to form a thread, which is woven into brand new fabrics.
For our branded gazebo fabrics and branded table covers, we use a minimum of 95% recycled post-consumer polyester.
By using existing plastic, we are reducing our carbon footprint, as the recycling process for polyester requires less energy than producing new polyester. Additionally, by repurposing materials that would otherwise end up in landfills, we are helping to cut down on greenhouse gas emissions, as well as minimising microplastics, chemicals, and other harmful substances that can pollute wastewater.
From a customer’s perspective, this means you can enjoy the same high-quality, commercial-grade, heavy-duty fabrics you’ve come to expect— but with a much smaller impact on the planet!
Eco-Friendly Inks
We use premium-quality Italian inks for our sublimation printing, which are water-based and free from harmful chemicals such as alkylphenolethoxylates (APEs). These inks also incorporate Nanodot Technology, ensuring an even, precise print quality while reducing emissions during the printing process. They fully comply with the European EC Directive 2003/53/CE, underscoring our commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing.
Moreover, these inks are free from animal products and are not tested on animals, making them a vegan-friendly alternative to other inks that may contain animal fats or shellac.
All Instant Promotion flag packages come with a base as standard (upgrades available), if more than one base is required for each flag, or if you require bases to be purchased separately, please follow this link to purchase any additional bases.
Cross Base and Water Weight
The cross base is made from stainless steel with additional protective caps on each of the feet. The cross base can be used with or without the flexible PVC water weight which adds 4kg of weight when filled and is included as standard. The flag can rotate 360 degrees on the spindle as dictated by the wind. The cross base and water weight combination are perfect for flat surfaces both indoors and outdoors. For additional flexibility, in strong winds, you can peg over each of the feet into the soft ground.
Metal Spike Base
For soft ground only, this heavy-duty ground spike will anchor your flag securely in place. Made from chrome-finished steel, the base won’t rust and will stand up to the strongest winds, keeping your flag firmly in place, even on uneven ground. The flagpole securing spindle is molded to the ground spike and will allow 360-degree rotation.
Drive-on Base
Use the weight of a vehicle to secure your flags in place. The base is made from galvanized steel - simply kick the base under the wheel of your car and it won't move! Perfect for car manufacturer forecourts and automotive festivals and events.
Gazebo Frame Clamp
A practical, high-quality bracket for mounting our 2.2m, 3.5m, and 4.8m feather flags onto your Hex-50 gazebo. The Clamp is made of a stainless steel spindle and arm with a heat treated nylon bracket that perfectly fits around the upper leg of our 50mm Instant Awnings. As the clamp can be attached up to 2.2m off the ground, the Instant Displays Gazebo Frame Clamp offers valuable additional height to your flags which will increase visibility and enhance brand exposure. 360-degree rotation.
5kg Metal Base
Perhaps the most stylish Instant Displays Flag Base option in our range, the 5kg and 15kg stainless steel Base plates are ideal for securing our 2.2m, 3.5m, and 4.8m flag packages. Each base has been treated with a weatherproof black gloss finish and comes with a detachable spindle and built-in handle for ease of carrying. Although unlikely, if additional weight is ever required, the 11kg or 16kg Water Base can be purchased and will sit perfectly on these metal plates.
15kg Metal Base
Perhaps the most stylish Instant Displays Flag Base option in our range, the 5kg and 15kg stainless steel Base plates are ideal for securing our 2.2m, 3.5m, and 4.8m flag packages. Each base has been treated with a weatherproof black gloss finish and comes with a detachable spindle and built-in handle for ease of carrying. Although unlikely, if additional weight is ever required, the 11kg or 16kg Water Base can be purchased and will sit perfectly on these metal plates.
16kg Water Base
Made of a heat treated nylon and plastic composite, the 16kg molded Water Base with detachable spindle provides all year round durability. With an easy to use bung that keeps the base completely watertight, a 16kg base is going to give you peace of mind in all weather conditions. Although water is advisable, this base can be filled with sand.
26kg Wheeled Water Base
Similar to the 16kg Water Base option…. Only better! The 26kg Wheeled Water Base is the heaviest in our range and as well as an easy to transport built-in handle, comes with the added advantage of built-in wheels on the underneath of one side. Once positioned on the ground the base will not move unless the handle is lifted which in turn allows the wheels to pivot and move. Like its 16kg option, this water base can be filled with sand, comes with a detachable spindle and will allow the flag to rotate 360 degrees.
4kg Cross Base + 16kg Water Base
Without a doubt the most versatile flag base offering in our range. This package combines a ready to use coated steel cross base and a 16kg water base specifically molded to fit perfectly together. The cross base has holes drilled into each of the feet that can be used for staking on soft ground or for securing onto a terrace or decking. The spindle allows the flag to rotate 360 degrees which ensures it will always follow the wind direction for greatest visibility. The 16kg base can be filled with sand although water is preferable.
Floor Mount Flag Bracket and Fixing Kit
The floor mount is made from a powder coated mild steel plate moulded to a spindle allowing 360 degree flag rotation. The bracket is designed to be bolted to the floor and is pre drilled with four 8mm fixing holes. The fixing kit includes four M8 50mm coach screws and four M10 wall plugs. The bracket fits any of our teardrop, feather and hanging banner flag poles.
30 Degree Flag Bracket and Fixing Kit
The bracket is made from a powder coated mild steel plate moulded to a spindle allowing 360 degree flag rotation. The mount is designed to be bolted to the wall allowing the flag to hang at a 30 degree angle and is pre drilled with four 8mm fixing holes. The fixing kit includes four M8 50mm coach screws and four M10 wall plugs. The bracket fits any of our teardrop, feather and hanging banner flag poles.
